The Organic Resume Project was initially designed to increase awareness for Clean Water for Haiti (CWH), a registered 501(c)3 charity operating on the water impoverished island nation of Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Over 10,000 people perished from cholera following the massive 2010 earthquake, and the situation was further exacerbated by the direct hit of Hurricane Matthew in southwestern Haiti near the coastal town of Roche-a-Beteaux. So many lives perished after Hurricane Matthew. The amount of sickness, illness and despair was a call-to-action for us to develop a fundraising platform for Clean Water for Haiti (CWH). Since its inception, Clean Water for Haiti (CWH) has build and installed over 25,000 bio-sand filters in Haiti and saved countless lives from the perils of cholera.

Our 2017 goal for The Organic Resume Project is to raise funds to build, install and deliver 60 bio-sand filters in the homes of Haitian families and provide clean drinking water for up to 600 people. Most Haitian people lack access to basic sanitation services and clean drinking water. There are so many troubling statistics in Haiti regarding contaminated water and its link to high infant mortality rates and child birth infections. We need your help. Share your ideas with us and help us expand our non-profit outreach.
